  • AM I ABLE TO TALK TO MY CHILD’S SWIM INSTRUCTOR BEFORE OR AFTER THE LESSON?

    Yes! The last three minutes of your lesson are reserved for you to speak with your swimmer’s instructor. During this time, you will find out how the lesson went, what progress was made, and what goals have been set. Constructive comments and concerns are always welcome however; poolside conferences are discouraged. If you would like to have a conference or leave a message for your instructor, please do so by calling 281.844.4481, and your instructor will respond promptly. You may also email any questions or concerns to bellaireaq@wolfiesswimschool.com (Bellaire location) or sbaquatics@wolfiesswimschool.com (Spring Branch location).

  • DO I HAVE TO RE-ENROLL IN LESSONS EVERY MONTH/SESSION?

    No! Our enrollment at Wolfies is ongoing and continual. You will have your same day and time every week until it no longer fits your schedule. Please note that this only applies to weekly/year-round lessons. Should you need to make any schedule changes, please let us know at your earliest convenience.

  • DO YOU OFFER MAKEUPS FOR MISSED SWIM LESSONS?

    We will issue up to 2 makeup tokens per class, per month for absences. However, we must be notified of absences before the start of the lesson being missed to be eligible. Once the monthly maximum of makeup tokens are issued, you will still be responsible for payment of any additional missed classes, even if proper notice is received. Makeup tokens will expire 90 days from the issue date.

  • HOW CAN I SIGN UP FOR LESSONS?

    Signing up for lessons is easy! Simply complete the registration process by following the link here, or by giving us a call at 281-844-4481 to speak to one of our friendly Front Desk staff members.

  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY CHILD TO LEARN HOW TO SWIM?

    Every child’s experience in the water is unique. Therefore, we cannot give an exact answer to this question. However, we are confident that regular practice and exposure to a structured swim environment will yield the best results. We recommend enrolling your child in at least two lessons per week to maintain consistent progress. With acquiring any skill, learning water safety and good swimming technique take time to accomplish.

  • IS THERE A MEMBERSHIP FEE?

    Yes, our annual fee of $55 per family is charged every year on your anniversary month. Please note you are only charged the annual fee once you have enrolled in swim lessons with us or have scheduled two or more drop-in lessons with us.

  • WHAT HOLIDAYS WILL YOU BE CLOSED ON?

    We are closed for New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Halloween (close at 1pm), Thanksgiving (Thursday-Sunday), Holiday Break (TBA), New Year’s Eve. You can also see closures in our newsletter, posted around our facility, & on our Facebook & Instagram!

  • WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY SWIM LESSONS?

    If you would like to be removed from ongoing lessons and terminate automatic payments, a drop request must be submitted through the customer portal with at least 7 days notice. Any remaining lessons from your drop date will be credited back to your Wolfies account.

  • WHAT IF MY CHILD IS NOT POTTY TRAINED?

    If the student is under the age of three (3) AND/OR not 100% potty trained, they MUST wear a Happy Nappy Duo swim diaper. If the parent/guardian refuses to have their student follow the swim diaper policy, the swimmer will not be allowed to swim. If a student (who meets the qualifications above) is found to not be wearing the correct diaper and a pool closure occurs, a $500 non-refundable fee will be charged to their account.   • WHEN AM I BILLED FOR MY CHILD’S SWIM LESSONS?

    Wolfies Swim School will auto-bill your credit/debit card on file on the 1st of the month for that particular month of lessons. If you sign up for lessons mid-month, we will prorate the tuition fees accordingly and charge the credit/debit card on file at the time of enrollment.

  • WHY AM I NOT ALLOWED ON THE POOL DECK WHILE MY CHILD IS IN THE WATER? (AM I ALLOWED TO SIT ON THE POOL DECK DURING MY CHILD’S LESSON?

    Simply put, it is a distraction for the child. You may watch your child’s lessons from any of our available viewing areas. During the warmer months, parents at our Bellaire location may also sit outside the garage doors if they are open.
