Wolfies Gives Back was thrilled to host our 9th annual Hope Floats fundraiser for the month of May. This fundraiser benefited Hope Floats Foundation, an organization that gives swimming scholarships to low income families, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to learn vital water safety skills. All funds are earmarked for families to come and swim with Wolfies on a Hope Floats scholarship. To support this noble cause, we organized a delightful bake sale, engaged our community with a thrilling 50/50 Raffle, and offered a free swim day where families could enjoy our facilities. Through these fundraising efforts, we are able to raise over $500 and extend the gift of swimming, fostering safety, confidence, and enduring friendships within our Wolfies family. In the month of April, Wolfies partnered with I Support the Girls, a nonprofit organization providing feminine hygiene products to women in need. Wolfies Bellaire hosted a drive for new and gently used bras, new underwear, and feminine hygiene products. The response from the local community was overwhelming.

The Wolfies Family came together, bringing their donations and sharing stories of why they felt compelled to contribute. The success of the initiative was a testament to the power of community action and empathy. This partnership not only provided tangible support but also ignited a sense of solidarity and hope. It reminded everyone involved that even small acts of kindness could create a ripple effect, making a significant difference in the lives of others.

This past June, Wolfies proudly hosted a community drive in support of Kids Meals Houston, a remarkable nonprofit dedicated to providing nutritious lunches to children who might otherwise go without. Wolfies participated in their Juice Box Challenge, collecting 100% juice boxes for the foundation. Our entire Wolfies family came together, reflecting our deep-seated commitment to giving back and fostering a sense of community and care beyond the pool. Through generous donations and enthusiastic participation, we were able to contribute significantly to work towards a world where no child goes hungry. This initiative not only highlighted our values of friendship and support but also reinforced the importance of extending a helping hand to those in need. At Wolfies, we believe that fostering a caring community both in and out of the water, helps us all swim a little stronger.

For the months of July & August, Wolfies was proud to host a school supply drive for Pilgrim Academy, a local Title I school. Our community came together in an incredible display of generosity, donating everything from notebooks and pencils to glue sticks and crayons. Our goal was to ensure that every student at Pilgrim Academy started the school year with the tools they needed for success. Thank you Wolfies Families for your amazing and continued support.
